That first steep hit different—floral up front, then that smooth finish that lingers just long enough. It's become my go-to for the quiet pause between the workday and dinner, and the medium caffeine is perfect for that window.
The smoothness is what got me—it's bright and floral but somehow still mellow enough for that quiet hour before dinner. I've been brewing a pot every afternoon and it's become my favorite part of the day.
The floral scent hits right when you open the bag, and the bright taste stays smooth even after it cools a bit. I’ve been brewing it for that quiet gap before dinner, and it makes the whole transition feel calmer.
