The citrus note hits first, then that full body settles in — I've been steeping it loose at about 3 minutes and it's smooth every time. Second pot before 8am is becoming a problem, honestly.
The silky finish is what surprised me most, no bitterness at the end like other Earl Greys I've tried. Steeps up full-bodied in about three minutes and holds up fine with a splash of milk.
